Refund Policy

Effective date: April 11, 2026 · Last updated: April 11, 2026

This Refund Policy explains how Monorex handles cancellations, refunds, and credits for subscriptions and purchases.

1. General policy

Monorex provides digital software access, analytics tools, and related subscription services. Because access is typically made available immediately after purchase or activation, all sales are generally final once service access begins, except:

  • where a refund is required by applicable law;
  • where a refund is expressly offered at checkout or in a written promotion;
  • where we choose, in our discretion, to grant an exception for a clear billing error or service-access issue;
  • where Paddle, acting as merchant of record, approves or processes a refund, credit, or adjustment.

2. Commercial policy

Unless otherwise stated at checkout:

  • No weekly trial is offered
  • No refunds for partial subscription periods
  • No prorated refunds for unused time
  • Cancellation stops future renewals only
  • Completed billing periods are generally non-refundable, subject to applicable law

3. Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time:

  • through your account settings, if available;
  • through Paddle's customer portal or support flow, where applicable; or
  • by contacting info@monorex.ai.

When you cancel:

  • your subscription remains active until the end of the current paid term;
  • you will not be charged for future renewal periods;
  • you will not receive a refund for the current billing period unless required by law.

4. Refund requests

If you believe you were charged in error, contact info@monorex.ai promptly with:

  • the email used for purchase;
  • the order/invoice number or Paddle transaction reference;
  • a short explanation of the issue.

5. Chargebacks and payment disputes

Before filing a chargeback, please contact us or Paddle support first so we can try to resolve the issue.

6. Consumer law and mandatory rights

Nothing in this Refund Policy limits any non-waivable rights you have under applicable consumer protection law.

7. Digital services and immediate access

Where permitted by law, when you purchase a digital subscription that is made available immediately, you request immediate access. This may affect statutory withdrawal rights once access begins.
