This Privacy Policy explains how Monorex (“Monorex,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, shares, and protects personal data when you visit monorex.ai, use app.monorex.ai, create an account, use our services, join a waitlist, complete a survey, request beta access, or otherwise interact with us.
1. Who we are
Monorex is a read-only trading intelligence and analytics service. Monorex does not execute trades, transmit orders, hold customer funds, provide custody, manage portfolios, or provide personalised investment advice.

2. Scope
This Privacy Policy applies to:
- visitors to our marketing website;
- users of our application and related services;
- prospective customers who contact us;
- subscribers, trial users and beta users;

This Privacy Policy does not apply to third-party websites, brokers, exchanges, social networks, payment providers, survey tools or other third-party services that have their own privacy notices.

Depending on how you use Monorex, we may collect the following categories of personal data.
A. Account and contact data

B. Billing and subscription data
If paid plans, subscriptions or checkout flows are enabled, we may collect or receive limited billing and transaction metadata, such as:

- limited purchase or subscription metadata received from a payment provider.

At the time this Privacy Policy is published, Monorex does not operate an active Paddle checkout. If Paddle or another payment provider is enabled later, this Privacy Policy may be updated or supplemented to reflect that provider.

D. Trading, account analytics and read-only connection data
When you use Monorex analytics features, we may collect, process or generate data such as:
- uploaded statement files;
- imported trade history and position history;
- trading account metadata;
- account metrics, scorecards and behaviour analytics;
- historical performance metrics;
- risk indicators and guardrail events;
- watchlists, preferences, symbols, assets, alerts and workspace configuration;
- read-only live account snapshots where supported, such as balance, equity, margin, open positions and related account state;
- read-only API connection metadata where applicable;
- masked or encrypted connection credentials where required to operate a supported read-only connection;
- other data you choose to provide in connection with analytics, account review or product features.
Monorex is designed as a read-only analytics layer. We do not use trading connection data to place, modify or cancel trades on your behalf.
E. AI Coach and automated analysis data
When you use AI Coach or AI-assisted features, we may process:
- your prompts and questions;
- selected screen context;
- selected symbol, market, news, video, pattern or workspace context;
- imported account metrics, scorecard data, risk indicators and guardrail events;
- relevant product data needed to generate an answer;
- AI response metadata, diagnostics and logs needed for reliability, abuse prevention, safety and product improvement.
AI Coach is designed to explain market context, account analytics, behaviour patterns and risk indicators. It does not execute trades, route orders, manage funds or provide personal investment advice.
We do not use customer trading data, imported trade history, account analytics, read-only account snapshots or broker/exchange connection data to train AI models.
We do not sell customer trading data or account analytics data.
F. Waitlist, survey, beta and product feedback data
If you join a waitlist, complete a survey, request beta access, participate in customer discovery or provide feedback, we may collect:
- email address, if you choose to provide it;
- country or region;
- trading experience level;
- markets or asset classes of interest;
- current tools or platforms used;
- product preferences;
- pricing feedback;
- beta interest;
- survey responses;
- free-text comments;
- timestamps;
- referral source, campaign source or UTM metadata;
- technical metadata used to prevent duplicate or abusive submissions.

- identify behaviour patterns;

- respond to AI Coach questions;

AI-assisted features are designed for educational, analytical and decision-support purposes. They do not replace your own judgement and do not constitute personalised investment advice.
C. To manage subscriptions and transactions
If paid plans or subscription features are enabled, we may use billing-related data to:
- activate paid plans;
- maintain billing and subscription records;
- handle subscription changes, renewals, cancellations and support;

7. AI Coach, automated analysis and automated decision-making
Monorex uses AI-assisted features to help explain account analytics, market context, behaviour patterns, risk indicators and product information.
Monorex does not use AI Coach outputs to make solely automated decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects on users.
Monorex does not use AI Coach outputs to:
- execute trades;
- open, close, increase or reduce positions;
- route orders;
- approve or reject financial products;
- manage portfolios;
- manage user funds;
- make legally binding decisions about users;
- determine a user’s eligibility for financial products;
- provide personalised investment advice or personal recommendations.
AI Coach responses are intended to support review, education, analysis and risk awareness. You remain responsible for your own decisions.
8. Payments and payment providers
At the time this Privacy Policy is published, Monorex does not operate an active Paddle checkout.
If Monorex enables paid plans, subscriptions or checkout flows, we may use a third-party payment provider or merchant of record to process payments. In that case:
- the payment provider may process payment details directly;
- the payment provider may provide us with limited customer and transaction metadata;
- the payment provider’s own privacy notice and buyer terms may also apply;
- Monorex will not store full card numbers or full payment card details on its own systems.
