Monorex is a read-only trading intelligence and analytics service. Monorex does not execute trades, transmit orders, hold customer funds, provide custody, or provide personalized investment advice.

2. Scope

This Privacy Policy applies to:

Important: We do not store full card numbers or full payment card details on Monorex systems. Payments are processed by Paddle, which acts as merchant of record for transactions completed through Paddle checkout.

  • log data, diagnostics, error reports, and security events;
  • analytics and event data about how the website or app is used.

D. Trading and product-input data

  • uploaded statement files;
  • imported trade history and position history;
  • watchlists, preferences, symbols, assets, alerts, and workspace configuration;
  • AI Coach prompts and related in-product interactions;
  • other data you choose to provide in connection with analytics features.

  • from Paddle when a purchase, subscription, renewal, cancellation, or refund occurs.

  • provide AI Coach and related product features;
  • maintain product functionality and reliability.

We use Paddle to process payments and subscriptions. Paddle may act as the merchant of record for transactions.

When you complete a transaction through Paddle:

  • Paddle may appear as the seller/merchant on the transaction;
  • Paddle may provide us with limited customer and transaction metadata;
  • Paddle's own privacy notice and buyer terms also apply.
