Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Monorex, including monorex.ai, app.monorex.ai, and any related applications, software, content, and services (collectively, the “Service”).
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. About Monorex
Monorex is a read-only trading intelligence and analytics platform. Unless expressly stated otherwise, Monorex:
- does not execute trades;
- does not receive, route, or transmit orders;
- does not hold customer funds or assets;
- does not provide custody;
- does not provide personalized investment advice, portfolio management, or brokerage services.
The Service is designed to provide analytics, workflow tools, market context, summaries, alerts, and AI-assisted decision-support features.
2. Who may use the Service
You may use the Service only if you can legally form a binding contract, you comply with these Terms and applicable law, and you are not prohibited from using the Service under applicable sanctions, export controls, or trade restrictions.
3. Account registration
To use certain features, you may need to create an account. You agree to provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure, and accept responsibility for activity under your account.
4. Subscription plans, billing, and payments
A. Plans
Monorex may offer free plans, paid subscriptions, demos, or promotional access. Features and limits may vary by plan.
B. Merchant of record
For purchases processed through Paddle, Paddle acts as the merchant of record / authorized reseller. Paddle may appear on your billing statement and Paddle's buyer terms also apply.
C. Recurring billing
If you purchase a subscription, you authorize recurring billing at the stated interval until you cancel.
D. Taxes
Prices may exclude or include tax depending on your jurisdiction. Applicable taxes may be added at checkout.
E. Price changes
We may change pricing from time to time with notice before changes apply to a future renewal.
5. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not retroactively undo completed billing periods unless required by law.
6. Refunds
Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.
7. License to use the Service
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to access and use the Service for your internal personal or business use.
You may not:
- copy, reproduce, resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the Service;
- reverse engineer, decompile, or extract source code;
- use the Service to build a competing product;
- interfere with or disrupt the Service;
- bypass plan limits, authentication, or security controls.
8. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service unlawfully, upload malicious code, attempt unauthorized access, scrape or automate access in harmful ways, or misrepresent Monorex as providing financial advice.
9. User data and inputs
You retain your rights in data you submit. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and analyze your data solely as needed to provide the Service.
10. AI features and outputs
AI-generated outputs may be incomplete or inaccurate. They are provided for informational purposes only and do not constitute financial, investment, or professional advice.
11. Financial and market disclaimer
Nothing in the Service is financial advice, investment advice, or a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold. Trading involves risk. Past performance does not guarantee future results.
12. Availability and changes
We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
13. Third-party services
We are not responsible for third-party services, content, terms, or privacy practices.
14. Intellectual property
The Service and related intellectual property is owned by Monorex or its licensors and is protected by law.
15. Feedback
If you provide feedback, we may use it without restriction or compensation.
16. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access for breach of Terms, fraud, abuse, or legal risk.
17. Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” WE DISCLAIM ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
18. Limitation of liability
Our total liability will not exceed the greater of (1) amounts you paid in the prior 12 months, or (2) EUR 100. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
19. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify Monorex from claims arising from your misuse of the Service or violation of these Terms.
20. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of Turkey. Courts in İzmir, Turkey have exclusive jurisdiction unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
21. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use means acceptance.
