Terms of Service

1. About Monorex

Monorex is a read-only market intelligence, account analytics and trader behaviour review platform.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, Monorex:

• does not execute trades;
• does not open, close, modify or manage positions;
• does not receive, route or transmit orders;
• does not hold customer funds or assets;
• does not provide custody;
• does not manage portfolios;
• does not provide brokerage services;
• does not provide personalised investment advice;
• does not provide personal recommendations;
• does not provide trading signals.

The Service is designed to provide analytics, workflow tools, market context, account review, imported trade analysis, behavioural analytics, risk-awareness workflows, alerts, summaries and AI-assisted decision-support features.

2. Who may use the Service

You may use the Service only if:

• you can legally form a binding contract;
• you comply with these Terms and applicable law;
• you are not prohibited from using the Service under applicable sanctions, export controls or trade restrictions;
• your use of the Service is permitted in your jurisdiction.

You are responsible for ensuring that your use of Monorex is lawful in the country or region where you access or use the Service.

3. Account registration

To use certain features, you may need to create an account.

You agree to:

• provide accurate and current information;
• keep your login credentials secure;
• keep your account information up to date;
• notify us if you suspect unauthorised access;
• accept responsibility for activity under your account.

We may suspend or restrict accounts where we reasonably believe there has been misuse, unauthorised access, fraud, security risk or breach of these Terms.

4. Plans, subscriptions, billing and payments

A. Plans

Monorex may offer free plans, paid subscriptions, demos, beta access, trials, promotional access or business plans. Features, limits, AI usage, data access, imports, alerts, workspaces, account connections and other capabilities may vary by plan.

We may add, remove, change or limit features from time to time.

B. Payments

At the time these Terms are published, Monorex does not operate an active Paddle checkout.

If paid plans, subscriptions or checkout flows are enabled, payments may be processed by a third-party payment provider or merchant of record. That provider’s own terms, privacy notice, refund rules and buyer terms may also apply.

We do not store full payment card numbers or full card details on Monorex systems.

C. Recurring billing

If you purchase a recurring subscription in the future, you authorise the applicable payment provider to charge you at the stated billing interval until you cancel.

D. Taxes

Prices may exclude or include taxes depending on your location and the payment provider used. Applicable taxes may be added at checkout where required.

E. Price changes

We may change pricing, plan limits or features from time to time. Where required, changes to paid subscriptions will apply to future renewals after notice.

5. Cancellation

If paid subscriptions are enabled, you may cancel your subscription according to the cancellation process provided in the Service or by contacting support.

Cancellation stops future renewals. It does not automatically refund or undo completed billing periods unless required by law or expressly stated in our Refund Policy.

6. Refunds

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

Unless required by applicable law or expressly stated in the Refund Policy, completed billing periods, used services, digital access, subscriptions, data processing, AI usage and other delivered digital services may be non-refundable.

7. Licence to use the Service

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to access and use the Service for your internal personal or business use.

You may not:

• copy, reproduce, resell, sublicense or commercially exploit the Service;
• reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble or attempt to extract source code;
• use the Service to build, train or improve a competing product;
• scrape, harvest or bulk-download data except through features expressly provided;
• interfere with or disrupt the Service;
• bypass plan limits, access controls, authentication or security systems;
• attempt unauthorised access to accounts, systems, APIs or data;
• misuse AI features or attempt to force the Service to produce prohibited outputs;
• misrepresent Monorex as a broker, investment adviser, signal provider or trading execution service.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service:

• unlawfully;
• to upload malicious code;
• to abuse, overload or attack the Service;
• to attempt unauthorised access;
• to infringe intellectual property rights;
• to violate privacy rights;
• to mislead others;
• to provide or resell investment advice using Monorex outputs;
• to represent Monorex outputs as guaranteed, personalised or regulated financial advice;
• to use the Service in a way that creates legal, regulatory, security or operational risk for Monorex or other users.

9. User data and inputs

You retain your rights in data you submit to the Service.

You grant Monorex a limited licence to host, process, analyse, transform, display and use your submitted data solely as needed to:

• provide the Service;
• generate analytics;
• operate AI-assisted features;
• maintain and secure the Service;
• troubleshoot errors;
• provide support;
• comply with legal obligations;
• improve product reliability and user experience.

You are responsible for ensuring that you have the right to upload, connect, import or provide any data you submit to Monorex.

10. Trading data, account data and read-only connections

Monorex may allow you to upload statement files, import trading history, connect supported accounts on a read-only basis, or analyse trading activity.

Monorex does not use trading connections to place, modify or cancel orders.

If read-only account visibility is supported, the Service may display account state, open positions, balance, equity, margin, P&L, exposure, account metrics, risk indicators or related analytics. These are provided for review and informational purposes only.

You remain responsible for verifying any account, market, trade, import or analytics data before relying on it.

11. AI features and AI outputs

Monorex may provide AI-assisted features, including AI Coach, summaries, explanations, behavioural analytics, market context, news/video summaries, pattern explanations, score explanations and risk review.

AI outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, delayed, misleading or based on incomplete data.

AI outputs are provided for educational, analytical and decision-support purposes only. They do not constitute:

• investment advice;
• financial advice;
• legal advice;
• tax advice;
• accounting advice;
• personal recommendations;
• trading signals;
• portfolio management;
• brokerage services;
• an instruction to buy, sell, hold, open, close, increase, reduce or otherwise trade any financial instrument.

You must not treat AI outputs as a substitute for your own judgement, independent research or professional advice.

12. AI Coach boundaries

AI Coach is designed to help you review data, market context, account exposure, margin impact, concentration risk, historical behaviour patterns, risk indicators and your own predefined risk limits.

AI Coach is not designed to tell you:

• what to buy;
• what to sell;
• whether to open or close a position;
• where to place a stop loss;
• where to place a take profit;
• what lot size to use;
• whether a trader, strategy or instrument is suitable for you;
• whether you should copy a trader;
• whether a pattern score should be treated as an entry signal.

If you ask for trading instructions, suitability views, copy-trading recommendations, entry levels, stop-loss levels, targets or similar outputs, the Service may redirect the response into a risk review or market context framework.

13. No investment advice or personal recommendation

Nothing in the Service is investment advice, financial advice, a personal recommendation, a trading signal, an offer, solicitation or recommendation to buy, sell, hold, open, close, increase, reduce or otherwise trade any financial instrument, cryptoasset, commodity, derivative, security or other asset.

This applies to all content and features, including:

• website content;
• marketing pages;
• product pages;
• AI Coach responses;
• market summaries;
• news summaries;
• video summaries;
• pattern analysis;
• chart formations;
• alerts;
• scorecards;
• dashboard metrics;
• risk indicators;
• guardrail events;
• imported trade analytics;
• Live account views;
• educational content;
• reports;
• emails;
• notifications;
• product suggestions.

You remain solely responsible for your own trading, investment, financial and risk decisions.

14. Market risk disclaimer

Trading and investing involve risk.

You may lose money. Losses may exceed expectations, especially when using leverage, derivatives, margin, CFDs, cryptoassets or volatile instruments.

Past performance, historical patterns, backtests, scores, indicators, behaviour analytics, news impact labels, video summaries, pattern ratings or AI-generated scenarios do not guarantee future results.

Market data may be delayed, incomplete, inaccurate or unavailable. Third-party data sources, brokers, exchanges, APIs and market data providers may fail, delay, change or provide incorrect information.

15. Patterns, alerts, scores and guardrails

Pattern scores, alerts, watchlists, guardrails, risk indicators, scorecards, behavioural metrics and dashboard outputs are review inputs only.

They are not trading signals.

They do not tell you what to trade.

They do not predict future outcomes.

They do not guarantee that a setup will succeed or fail.

They should be reviewed together with your own process, independent analysis, risk plan and professional advice where appropriate.

16. No execution, custody or broker relationship

Monorex is not a broker, exchange, investment adviser, portfolio manager, custodian or payment institution.

Your trading relationship remains with your broker, exchange or other third-party provider.

Monorex is not responsible for:

• broker execution;
• exchange execution;
• order fills;
• slippage;
• spreads;
• commissions;
• swaps;
• margin calls;
• liquidation;
• broker downtime;
• exchange downtime;
• account restrictions;
• failed orders;
• incorrect broker data;
• third-party API failures;
• your trading losses.

17. Third-party services

The Service may interact with or link to third-party services, including brokers, exchanges, payment providers, data providers, analytics providers, AI infrastructure providers, email providers, survey tools, social networks or other services.

We are not responsible for third-party services, content, terms, privacy practices, data accuracy, availability, fees, failures or security.

Your use of third-party services is governed by their own terms and policies.

18. Data accuracy and availability

We aim to provide useful and reliable analytics, but we do not guarantee that any data, calculation, score, alert, summary, AI output, chart, pattern, market label, news classification, video insight, account metric or risk indicator will be accurate, complete, current, uninterrupted or error-free.

You should independently verify important information before making decisions.

19. Service availability and changes

We may update, modify, suspend, limit or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

The Service may be unavailable due to maintenance, technical issues, third-party failures, security incidents, infrastructure problems, data provider issues or events outside our control.

20. Intellectual property

The Service, software, website, application, designs, branding, content, models, workflows, analytics methods, user interfaces, documentation and related intellectual property are owned by Monorex or its licensors and are protected by law.

Except for the limited right to use the Service under these Terms, no rights are transferred to you.

21. Feedback

If you provide feedback, suggestions, ideas, survey responses, comments or product improvement suggestions, we may use them without restriction or compensation.

We may use feedback to improve the Service, develop new features, prepare business documentation, understand market needs or support customer discovery, provided we handle personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

22. Confidentiality and business users

If you access Monorex on behalf of a business, broker, partner, tenant or organisation, you represent that you have authority to do so.

You agree not to disclose confidential, non-public or restricted Monorex materials, technical documentation, private demos, business proposals, pricing, product roadmaps or partner materials unless authorised.

23. Beta, trial and demo features

We may provide beta, trial, demo, experimental or preview features.

These features may be incomplete, unstable, inaccurate, limited, unavailable, modified or discontinued at any time.

Beta, trial and demo features may not represent final product functionality.

24. Suspension and termination

We may suspend, restrict or terminate your access to the Service if:

• you breach these Terms;
• you misuse the Service;
• you create security, legal, regulatory or operational risk;
• payment fails where paid plans are enabled;
• we are required to do so by law;
• your use may harm Monorex, other users or third parties.

You may stop using the Service at any time.

25. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.”

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MONOREX DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, AVAILABILITY, RELIABILITY, SECURITY, PERFORMANCE AND ERROR-FREE OPERATION.

MONOREX DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL MEET YOUR EXPECTATIONS, PRODUCE PROFITS, PREVENT LOSSES, IMPROVE TRADING RESULTS, IDENTIFY ALL RISKS OR OPERATE WITHOUT INTERRUPTION.

26. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MONOREX WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF REVENUE, LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF GOODWILL, TRADING LOSSES, INVESTMENT LOSSES, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION OR SUBSTITUTE SERVICES.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MONOREX’S TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF:

• THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO MONOREX FOR THE SERVICE IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM; OR
• EUR 100.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

27. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Monorex, its founders, team members, contractors, service providers and affiliates from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs and expenses arising from:

• your misuse of the Service;
• your breach of these Terms;
• your violation of law;
• your uploaded or submitted data;
• your trading or investment decisions;
• your use of third-party services;
• your use of Monorex outputs as financial advice or trading instructions.

28. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where the Monorex operating company is incorporated, unless mandatory consumer protection or other applicable law provides otherwise.

If the Monorex operating company has not yet been incorporated or no specific jurisdiction is stated, these Terms will be interpreted in accordance with applicable law and the competent courts determined under applicable procedural rules.

Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be waived under mandatory law.

29. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.

If we make material changes, we may notify you by posting the updated Terms on the website or through the Service.

Your continued use of the Service after updated Terms become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
